We are located near Nelsonville's Historic Arts District, the Nelsonville Music Festival, Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Park, Athens & Ohio University, Lake Hope State Park, and Wayne National Forest. Sycamore is located on 50 acres of privately owned property and is sure to meet your vacation needs.

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Pets are allowed but we do not allow parties. We have a great kitchen with all full size appliances. A SUV all wheel drive car is best because our house is down a 1/4 mile private gravel drive. We do not plow snow, but there is parking at the storage units after you turn in to the private road.
