Here you will find a connection with nature. To the sound of the stream that cuts through the property and the singing of the birds that live here. We do not give up the warmth and privacy to relax. With breakfast served at the cottage door. An incredible view, a waterfall 1 km from the cottage, and quad bike and ecotourism tours.

We are inside the Morada da Praia Condominium on Boraceia beach in Bertioga, São Paulo. Boraceia Beach has kiosks, lifeguards, security, showers and bathrooms. The condominium is gated, security is our great privilege, with camera monitoring and security guards. We have infrastructure with a market, drugstore, ice cream parlor, pizzeria, bars, bakery, shops, church, and 24-hour UPA (private), where there is no need to leave the condominium, except to visit other beaches and go on tours.

Our style is Guest House, with the main proposal that you feel at home. For New Year's Eve parties, holidays, events and/or gatherings, we are closed for groups. Check availability for renting all suites with the entire space beforehand. Free access throughout the area, including the waterfall. Breakfast included.
