Very well structured condominium. I went with my wife and 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter. In other AirBnbs with fewer leisure options for children, she ended up getting bored, but the facilities of this condominium are great. The apartment is excellent, exactly like the photos and description. Bruno is extremely accessible and communicates clearly. Certainly, if I return to SP and need accommodation in the region, I will stay here again.

Alexandre is a professional in the art of welcoming people. The space is beautiful and organized. The instructions are clear. The bedding is hotel quality. The suites are very comfortable. The location of the apto is excellent.

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

Simply perfect! The stay at Ricardo's house in Campinas was excellent in every way. The house is impeccable, extremely clean, organized and very well equipped. Every detail was thought out with affection to provide maximum comfort. The rooms are well decorated and cozy. The bed is super comfortable, the sheets and towels are of great quality and everything was fragrant and very well cared for. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils, appliances and extra items that made all the difference. The outdoor area is also worth mentioning: spacious, quiet and ideal for relaxing. As for the host, Ricardo was simply sensational! Attentive, polite, helpful and always available to answer questions or help with whatever was needed. Communication was excellent from the beginning and we felt very welcome. Undoubtedly, one of the best experiences I've ever had on Airbnb. I highly recommend it to everyone and I will definitely stay again.

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

Marcio's house is a find: both in terms of landscape and comfort. Its location allows for privacy, the enjoyment of a bucolic and memorable view, as well as having all the amenities to enjoy all of this, whether inside or outside the building. Márcio was very attentive from the beginning, always communicating and offering support, he did not miss anything, especially with the support of the caretaker Maurilio, who was always very polite, courteous and helpful. The house is wonderful, super well equipped and with an incredible view of the dam — a true haven! The atmosphere is extremely pleasant, cozy and full of charm. The furniture is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and there were several blankets available, which made all the difference on the coldest nights. One detail to be adjusted is that some lamps were burnt out, but this is something simple to solve and does not interfere with the wonderful experience we had. A super positive point (and special for us!) was the entire yard surrounded by a fence. Our dog is very runaway and this was the first accommodation where we were 100% calm. She also enjoyed it a lot! It was a perfect stay and we are already looking forward to returning.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). Accommodation according to the photos, all organized, very clean and smelling! Amazing sunset view, short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall. Staff of the building, even of the beach service, were very polite. Tatiana has always been available and requests. We will definitely return!

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.
