This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

The place was exactly how it was described and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was peaceful easy to access. I accidentally locked myself out and Semore was quick to unlock it and get me back in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for my son’s graduation party. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and secluded—an ideal setting for our event. The hosts were great communicators and even set up extra tables inside and out, which was a huge help. We couldn’t use the pool or outdoor games due to rain, but the party was still a success. Highly recommend for gatherings!

Lake Lanier is a beautiful place to stay. We had a fantastic time.

My stay at the lake house was amazing. Carmen and Merel were very friendly and helpful and made sure to check to make sure we were settling in ok. We had a long stay so my host aways kept in touch with me. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked, and matched the pictures and description. What I didn’t expect was the breathtaking views of the lake throughout the home. It was so nice and serene. Me and my family enjoyed relaxing and playing board games. The entertainment didn’t stop there. We also enjoyed Kayak racing. And we even were able to fish and caught blue gill, catfish, big mouth bass, and carp which was great. Overall we are happy we found this place, And I would highly recommend booking cottage A lake house or another property with Carmen. We thank you for welcoming us and allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay at this unique air b and b. What a lovely backyard to spend quality time with family! Kitchen was nicely equipped. Owners were great with timely responses.

This was a great place to stay. It was a 15min drive for us to rent a boat at Lanier islands so we could enjoy the full extent of that boat dock. My husband fished off the dock all week and the privacy of being up the creek was so nice with no boat noise! We also were only 15min to Buford’s town which was nice when we needed to load up on fishing gear and coffee runs and 7brew. The house was great for the kids when it rained we had ample room to stay indoors. Would definitely book again.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary of our book club with a stay here. There were enough beds for everyone and enough room for us to have group gatherings, but also find alone quiet time if necessary since the house is so spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also took a tour on the boat with Captain Steve. If you need a large private venue, we would highly suggest this location. Missy and Steve are very gracious hosts!

The place was amazing!! Clean and very very well put together. Janae responded to my text quick even at 3am in the money. I felt right at home. The views were breathtaking and I was able to take beautiful pictures on the balcony for my birthday! Don’t Overthink, just go ahead and book this place, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed

First, I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Heidi was extremely kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. She and Brian have an absolutely lovely home and beautiful view of the lake. I ready to go back.
