The place is amazing, cozy, clean, in a quiet place. The common area of the condominium is a separate show, I was able to enjoy a lot, relax. The security of the condominium also made me very quiet! The parking space is easy to park (I have an SUV).

The hosting experience with Valeria on her property was wonderful. The property is extremely comfortable, reliable and clean. The building is well located and structured, but it lacks access to the parking space. Whoever needs to rely on the possibility of leaving the car on the street, due to the risk of making a risky maneuver and ruining the sidewalk. We will return to the place, still in winter. Embrace. Mr. Aírton and Mrs. Sirlei were very flexible with check-in and check-out. The AP is fantastic, a beautiful view. It has two great parking spaces, including a truck, and it is not necessary to take the car out for anything. If I had to give a score, it wouldn't be 10, it would be 11. We really like to stay in Solange's apartment and we intend to go back! Jana who received us, is a lovely person and has given all the instructions we needed! The apê corresponded exactly with the description and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items”, as the announcement was clear in this sense, that there was not, but by way of suggestion, there could be a dishcloth and one for cleaning the floor (these I forgot🤭😂). We missed an electric kettle, but the milk maker served. We did not find the control of an air conditioning, the double room, but it was not necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower of the social bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the suite was wonderful and with the stool, the other one was not missed at all. Have been great nights well slept, bed and pillows great, dark room (AMO) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great( swimming pool isn't heated).
