Holiday rentals with a patio in Atlántida

The apartment is just like the photos. The location, despite being close to a party venue (Parque Rodó) is not heard at all and the street is quiet. The apartment has excellent thermal and acoustic insulation with double-glazed windows and the amenities work well. Thomas is super attentive and available. I'll stay there again, for sure.

I stayed at Leonardo's apartment in the last week of May. Our stay was very good. Extremely comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Leonardo was very attentive to us and sent us great tips about the surroundings. He was always attentive and helpful. Our experience was very pleasant. We will certainly return to Montevideo.

We had an excellent stay, everything impeccable and very modern, with what you need to spend a few days relaxing, the area is very quiet, Florence always responded instantly and Lila was very kind. Sure we come back!

My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is very convenient, with easy access to services, transportation, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the first moment, the place was impeccable, with a delicate clean scent that generated a pleasant impression. The views are truly exceptional and significantly elevate the experience. Small gestures, such as the availability of tea and cappuccino for breakfast, are also appreciated, as they provide warmth and a special touch. A highly recommended accommodation, to which I would certainly return with pleasure.

Dana and Jeff's apartment is in the heart of Ciudad Vieja, close to several restaurants, museums, bookstores. The space is beautiful and cozy. The bathroom has a strong shower and very hot water! We wish to return!

Great location, quiet and safe! Next to Punta Carretas Shopping Mall. Extremely clean and cozy environment. Lourdes is a great host, she attended to us quickly and was extremely attentive. We had tea and coffee available upon arrival. We really like it and recommend it without a doubt!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, peaceful, and had a spectacular view of the beach. We especially loved the BBQ and the indoor pool, it was truly a highlight of the stay. The only small downsides were that there was only one wine glass, and the kitchen knife could use some sharpening, as it barely cuts. But overall, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

This is a wonderfully located apartment across the street from Parque Rodo. The building is quiet as is the area with the exception of buses starting and stopping. For me the convenience of the bus stop out weighed the bus sounds which I generally didn’t think about. Roberto and his wife were helpful and he kept in touch throughout my stay, offering dining suggestions. I felt comfortable that they would have assisted me in any way I needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and it had everything needed. The host was very responsive. Hope to return again. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. At the same time, it is 10-15’ from downtown if they are in car. I recommend and will be back! Thank you for everything, Martin!

Very comfortable house, with a well equipped kitchen. It felt very spacious and well lit. The location was lovely in our opinion. Even though it's a 30 minute walk from piriápolis center, it still has small shops nearby for your small needs. it's super quiet and close to the beach. We would only say it needs an extractor fan for the bathroom. It has a big window but it was not enough to dry it consistently. Furthermore, if you are coming from abroad, the fact that you must bring your own bedding and towels can be a small drawback. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall I highly recommend this spot for families that want a relaxed holiday by the beach.

Modern, clean, and hits all the points. WiFi worked great, And after exploring the city extensively, I think the area immediately around the apartment is our favorite part of the city.

The apartment is exactly like in the droplets. Very large, complete and super comfortable. It is strategically located in the historic part of the city, which makes it possible to do many things on foot. We love and recommend!

We had the joy of staying in the Cabaña de Anahí. While it was just two days, we are sure the minutes had more than sixty seconds. Time stopped to rest, relax, and connect with nature. The cabin is very well organized, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the grill tree and the barbecue area, and really enjoyed the experience of the Tina Nordic which was something wonderful, the mixing of the hot water with the cold autumn night. Anahí prepared everything for us! I could highlight more things such as Anahí's kindness and hospitality and disposition but I prefer to recommend that they DO not stop trying their delights. We chose a Brunch that was crazy, many rich and plentiful things for breakfast/lunch and even snack because it was toooo!!! Thank you for everything Anahí, we will definitely be back!!

This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.
