Μια άνετη και ήσυχη μονοκατοικια, προσεγμενη και με ολες τις ανεσεις (2 τηλεορασεις, ηλ. κουζινα, ηλιακός θερμοσίφωνας, air conditinon) αλλα και μια άνετη βεραντα με θεα τον ομορφο κηπο μας για να απολαμβανεται στιγμες χαλάρωσης. Nice and cozy house, ideal for families or a friends group. Fully-furnished and comfortable (smart TV, espresso machine) , located in the centre of the island . A beautifull yard with plants flowers and herbs to relax. Just 10 minutes away from beach and 15 from town.

Everything was perfect. The host was incredibly helpful, waiting for us later in the evening due to our delayed itinerary. He also provided valuable information about the island and our stay. The house is newly built and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning in every room. It also features a terrace and a garden. Everything matched the photos exactly. There’s free parking available right in front, and despite being in the village, it’s very peaceful. Nea Koutali is centrally located, so even the farthest beaches and sights were just about 30 minutes away by car. Restaurants and a mini-market are conveniently nearby. We highly recommend staying here!

Very nice house, super clean, cozy,with very nice, well cared for,yard. Even though it doesn't have an air conditioner, and we were there on very hot days, we didn't have any problem. It blows all the time,a very cool breeze. The village, Varos, is in the center of the island, so very easily, you can tour the island. I highly recommend it!!!
