The cottage is perfect for couples who enjoy being outdoors, watch the sun rise, fish off the rocks, and splash in the colorful sea. Just 20 km from Loutraki, it is suitable for daily excursions to historic sites in the Peloponnese.

Perseus' House

Agiannis’ little cove is located in the Corinthian gulf, 5km away from Domvrena village, 30km away from the city of Thebes and 120km away from Athens. There are just a few fishermen’s houses and one tavern, which is open during all seasons of the year. This is an ideal place for relaxation and peacefulness by the sea and nature, all year round. It would be good for visitors to be well equipped with some trainers, as climbing on the rocks offers an amazing view to the Halcyon islands.

The house is Located just about the Avlaki beach and 7-10 minutes walk from the harbor of the port. It is surrounded by a garden of 4000 square meters with great vegetation, olive, lemon and orange trees as well as a variety of aromatic herbs. It can accommodate 2 adults and a young child, if needed. Breakfast preparation facilities are available in the house, which has no kitchen. There is a ceiling fan in the house. Excellent restaurants and tavern are located in walking distance.

Our private swimming pool 52m3 is heated, with a special cover for protection from ultraviolet radiation (UVA, UVB) fully equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and hot tubs. Ideal starting point for excursions to Epidaurus, Mycenae, Tolo and Nafplio. Terrace with large dining area, bamboo living room and ping pong table.
