Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μια τετραμελής οικογένεια ή 4 ενήλικες απολαμβάνοντας την ησυχία στην αυλή με την ιδιωτική πισίνα αλλά και την μινιμαλιστική διάθεση του εσωτερικού χώρου!Ο ιδιοκτήτης έφτιαξε και διακόσμησε το χώρο μόνος του σύμφωνα με το προσωπικό του στυλ και τις ανέσεις που θέλει να έχουν οι επισκέπτες του.
