Situé en centre-ville, il reste un endroit relativement calme à l'arrière du bâtiment (magasin "créaflors"- cour arrière). Notre logement de 70m² s'organise sur 2 niveaux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire : salon, salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée, grande chambre avec coin lecture, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est idéalement situé au centre de Couvin avec parking gratuit à côté.

En lisière de foret, parcours santé et chemins de randonnée, proche d'étangs, accès à la piscine ( à partir du 6 avril jusqu'au 1er novembre 2025) divers jeux pour enfants. The fishing pavilion is located in an exceptional site. Facing the pond, it is extended by large sunny terraces that cascade down to the fishing pontoon. The property is located away from the village of Seloignes, near Chimay, located along a stream and on the edge of the forest. Once the gate is closed, you find yourself in another world. This achievement designed by an architect and an artist presents a great unity and magnifies nature.

The house is on one level, only three steps need to be climbed to access it.
