This 125 m2 L-shaped building built in 2025 is super bright. Its east-south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun while being sheltered from the sea wind. Fully equipped, everything is new and of very high quality. The 180 x 200 KING SIZE EMMA HYBRID 2 beds are great. The view of the valley and the barn painted by Claude Monet in 1890 invites you to daydream. Access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot by a small quiet path. "All inclusive" rental, no unpleasant surprises!

The accommodation is located in a peaceful alley close to the city center (1 min walk) and 10 min from Pourville-sur-Mer beach and 15 min from Dieppe. Avenue Verte is nearby, take your bikes… You'll love this place for its comfort. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The living area has a sofa bed for 2 people. Family home located in Belleville-sur-Mer, facing the sea and wheat field, visible from all bedrooms as well as the living room. Quiet, in a cul-de-sac, on the GR 21 road. All comforts, 10 minutes from Dieppe, 30 minutes from Veule-les-Roses and 45 minutes from the Bay of Somme. A large garden with a terrace and outdoor lounge, equipped with outdoor games for children: trampoline, swings and slide. Located between the two beaches of Puys and Saint-Martin-en-Campagne.
