Panoramic sea view for this studio suspended above Promenade Marcel Proust on the third floor with elevator of a residence in the heart of the range, close to mini-golf and a short walk to the city center. Guests will enjoy the large covered balcony, direct beach access, and an underground parking space (SUV excluded). Equipped kitchen, large screen TV and 140 double bed, bathroom with toilet. Ideal for a romantic stay, quiet and rest guaranteed to the rhythm of the tides.

Located on the beach and 5mn walk from city center, our house can accommodate up to 8 people (*) Enjoy the beach and the terrasse (fully equiped) Ground floor: one large room with living room and kitchen 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size), bathroom and WC. 2nd floor: 2 up to 4 single beds. Basement is independant, with washing machine and dryer. You can store your beach material Private parking for one car IMPORTANT: bed linen and towels optional (10€/pers)

On the promenade Marcel Proust, along the beach the ground floor apartment offers you an exceptional panorama facing the sea with a large terrace and direct access to the beach. Completely renovated and decorated trendy, you will enjoy the spacious living room and dining area in front of the bay window, equipped with a roller blind, which invites you to pass directly on the terrace with a teak living room and admire the panorama.

It does not have equipment for toddlers.
