Come and relax in this newly renovated and equipped cottage, located in the heart of the village of Aubiac, 100 m from the castle. 5 min to the highway and Walygator & Aqualand amusement parks. 20 minutes from Nerac and Gers, 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux. Entrance overlooking kitchen open to living room, a veranda. A laundry room and toilet are also on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a walk-through bedroom. On the 2nd floor, a large room with 4 beds, a bathroom with toilet.

Close to the train station and the city center (10 min walk). Garage available for bikes. 20 m² studio equipped with reversible air conditioning, bed, connected TV, desk and folding table. Shower room with toilet. Access to the studio is via stairs (4 floors). The ceiling is 1.70 m at the lowest point. Sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking accommodation, parties prohibited, maximum 2 people. Cleaning fee included.

Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.
