Great weekend spent in this peaceful and warm place. The availability of the property was perfect. The hot tub is really very nice, large, clean and easily accessible. The terrace in full sun in the afternoon is really great. The only "bad point" would be the inventory to do on arrival, which is a little long, especially when you stay there barely 2 days 😅 I highly recommend this Cottage, we hope to be able to come back for a longer period of time!

We had a lovely weekend! Clément was a very friendly host and attentive to us. The hot tub is a good plus! We will be happy to come back if the opportunity arises.

Easy to access location, very pleasant welcome, the accommodation corresponded well to the description, even with an 11-month-old baby, the necessary equipment for baby is provided on request, the jacuzzi is very appreciable for relaxing. The recreation area with the beach and its many activities are close by. Quiet and relaxing setting, available and very welcoming host. We really enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to come back.

Wonderful stay in a story book setting.

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, nothing to say. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was the happiest with this beautiful property. I highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

Fabrice is a very accommodating host. We spent 10 days in his house and felt very comfortable. The location is ideal for paddling on both the Loire and Loiret, visiting some castles and Orleans is easily accessible by bike. In addition, the strawberries and zucchini from Fabrice's garden tasted super delicious. We would come back anytime.

Very nice exotic place for a weekend with friends

We had a great stay in this small, very warm and yet very spacious house. The bedding is good and the place is very clean. It feels like home. Alexandra is a very welcoming, pleasant and responsive host. Access to the accommodation is very safe.

Small house on the edge of the Loiret, very peaceful and charming. Very pleasant when the weather is nice to eat outside in front of the water.

We had a wonderful stay with Isabelle, it was the second time for us. The cottage is really fantastic and equipped with every comfort. It is in a great location, the swimming pool, the pentang and tennis court are a valuable addition. The castle garden is spacious, well maintained and provides an oasis of peace. If you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Sancerre and then relax and enjoy, then Isabelle's cottage is the perfect choice!

This little haven of peace on the edge of the Loiret is a beautiful discovery. The house is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The location is really peaceful and allows you to contemplate the local wildlife from the veranda or terrace. To dear Francoise and friend Jean !! We are now back in Denmark, after 4 unforgettable weeks in the lovely house in Saint- Bouize at Sancerre. We highly recommend the home, belonging to Francoise ! Everything has worked perfectly and the breakfast at Jean's place was simply perfect, big thank you ! We have had ample opportunity to explore the beautiful surroundings, seen a lot of beautiful nature, and especially around the town of Sancerre with the good restaurants, and the good wine: Sancerre and Pully Fume !! Everywhere we are greeted by friendly and welcoming Frenchmen !! So thank you so much for us !! And Vive la France , and Francoise and Jean !! Warmest greetings Marie and Bent Denmark !!

We really enjoyed the large garden and the clear view all around the house. There are two adjoining apartments but it did not bother us. A beautiful place, simple and quiet, to go green for a few days! Easy communication with Charles and his father, who welcomed us.
