Holiday rentals with a patio in Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Munich. Cat’s place is so clean, efficient and modern. The place is located in a quaint neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and great walking paths. It’s close to the major Munich sites and the train station. Cat was a great communicator and provided useful recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Super location in a vibrant part of town. Easy to get there, and a nice and practical appartement.

Christy fait tout pour bien accueillir ses hôtes. Il y avait des boissons, des friandises, aussi de l'huile, du vinaigre, de thé, du café. j'ai été très contente de trouver un chauffage d'appoint car il faisait encore froid. Le logement est bien situé, des parcs dans les environs, bien desservi par les transports en communs, des supermarchés à proximité. Merci pour tout. Je recommande.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Balcony in an enchanting setting with horses in the fields. Well located, close enough to the airport without any disturbances and close to Munich. Easy parking. Very helpful people.

Marcus hat da eine nette, saubere Unterkunft geschaffen, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ruhig gelegen, dennoch gut zu erreichen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und in der Nähe bekommt man alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Bei Fragen wurde schnell und freundlich reagiert. Vielen Dank für alles.

Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und nett. Der Wohnraum ist elegant und einladend. Die Umgebung ist grün und von singenden Vögeln gesäumt. Wir empfehlen es wärmstens.

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Imke et tout était parfait. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme et paisible, idéal pour se reposer. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée, les lits, très grands et confortables, ont largement contribué à notre confort. La télévision proposait un large choix de programmes, et la cuisine était très bien équipée, avec de nombreux ustensiles à disposition. La salle de bain, et notamment la douche, était spacieuse et agréable. L’hôte, Imke, a été tout simplement excellent : très clair dans ses communications, extrêmement serviable, et les instructions pour l’arrivée étaient simples et précises. Je vous recommande vivement les services d’Imke. Une excellente expérience !!

Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die wunderbar beruhigende Atmosphäre durch die schönen Naturmaterialien. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist durchdacht ökologisch und gastfreundlich. Eine Wanderung zum Auerberg-Feuersteinschlucht können wir sehr empfehlen. Wenn man die Betten in den Hoch-Etagen nutzen möchte, sollte man schmale steile Treppen mögen. Wir werden wiederkommen um zum nächsten Musikproben-Wochenende in Waal wieder Erholung in dieser Unterkunft zu finden.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Krailling sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort außerhalb Münchens und sehr gut angebunden, sodass man sehr schnell in Zentrum von München sein kann. Das Haus ist wunderbar und man hat alles was man braucht. Harold, Gabriele und Lorenz waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell unsere Nachrichten und Fragen beantwortet. Vielen Dank. Ich kann auf jeden Fall den Aufenthalt bei Harold und Gabriele sehr empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Munich! The space was spotless, comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and charming neighborhoods. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Munich. Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Schönes Souterrain-Appartement in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung. Exzellente Küchenausstattung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns hier sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit Details eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse und die Lage ist mit der Nähe zum See top! Frank und Domenik waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation war entspannt. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Rainer sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt und Rainer hatte einige Tipps für uns in Schliersee. Bei Fragen war Rainer immer sehr schnell erreichbar und hat uns tatkräftig zur Seite gestanden. Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Schliersee, es gibt sehr schöne Spazier und Wanderwege in der Gegend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat außerdem einen netten Balkon. Blick in den Garten, von dem aus man sogar Berge sieht. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich bin für eine Woche mit meiner Mutter und meiner Freundin bei den beiden eingezogen Da meine Tochter im Kloster Gasthaus ihre Hochzeit gefeiert hat, haben wir die Wohnung kurzerhand zur Backstube umfunktioniert. Es war alles da. Sogar Backformen und Backpapier hätte ich zu Hause lassen können. Es fehlt an nichts. Dank der tollen Küche haben wir alle Gäste mit feinsten Backwaren verwöhnen können. Sie Lage ist auch spitze, fußläufig ist das Kloster erreichbar. Schöne Wanderungen im Umkreis sind möglich. Die Busverbindung nach Herrsching oder Tutzing sind prima. Danke Euch beiden 🥰

Location, location, location! Close to many museums, restaurants, markets, boutiques, and only a short subway trip to center of Munich. Sarah’s place was perfect for our week stay in Munich! The place was spotless, modern, and well equipped. She took initiative to make our stay even more comfortable for us and our adult daughter. Thank you, Sarah. Die Wohnung von Verena ist super schön und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Auch gibt es viele Restaurants/ Biergärten in der Nähe und wenn man dann zurück kommt fühlt man sich wie zu Hause und kann entspannen. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit Kind. Verena selbst ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet immer schnell! Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte, schöne Unterkunft, die genauso wie beschrieben ist und eine Reise wert.
