The accommodation was cozy, spacious and clean. Parking is conveniently located next to the apartment. Communication with Gabe was prompt and helpful. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my second stay at Scott‘s amazing penthouse. So beautiful and comfortable and clean and you can’t beat the views across the harbor. I really needed a break and loved the comfortable beds! Just as described. Close to restaurants, shops and waterfront. The proximity to everything and the parking so close by made for a relaxing weekend. Scott was always immediately responsive when I had a question. I hope to be back for a third time in the future.

I think I was one of the first here, so I count myself lucky. the carriage house is very quiet, I never heard outside noise. Absolutely no problem going to sleep, no ambient noise or light. Comfortable stay. Easy access and parking right outside the door. Full size refrigerator and stove. This rental would be fantastic for longer stays. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. A very nice, clean and convient apartment (house) near active area of Brunswick. Peter was quick to welcome us in person after we checked in. The house was well-appinted, relatively quiet and had all the amenities we could ask for. My only (small) negative might be about the mattress. I found it very firm, like a futon. Some may find this therapeutic, but I found it difficult to sleep well on. It's only a small issue; he cannot cater to all guests' sleep habits. The location is right on a busy thoroughfare and there is a lot of traffic during the day, but at night things got pretty quiet. The house is well insulated and very little road noise is heard. Overall, this is one of the best properties in which we have stayed over the years with Air BnB. I'd return. It's a very nice place, convenient location and good value. Enjoy!

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

Great location in a classic historic building with exposed brick and beams. Walkable to everything Portland has to offer. Ocotillo right down the street is a gem for high quality food with a relaxed vibe. Brian was friendly and his place was perfect for a weekend getaway in Portland.
