Big Apartment Between Bates, St. Mary’s & CMMC

You will absolutely love all that Maine has to offer in every season! We absolutely love our location allowing us go from oceans to mountains to the city. In the summer, we are within 40 minutes from some of our best beaches! We also have fantastic disc golf courses in the area. With the upcoming Fall, treat yourself to the best Apple picking and hot cider around, from corn mazes to leaf peeping. In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, skating or skiing. There is truly something for everyone in Maine.

If you want a glimpse of country life, seek to switch up your work-from-home routine, or just want to get away, come take up residence on the farm. In the water! Two story boathouse. Originally built in 1939 and parked boats in until 1972. Converted to living space in the early eighties. The upstairs consist of a bedroom walk in closet and a balcony. The downstairs is a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Walk out the door to the patio , dock , and beach! You won't find anything closer to the water! The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunset, thunderstorms, or sip your morning coffee. Watch the fish out the window!
