The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. A big thank you to him for his kind attention upon arrival. We had a great time and may be back next year. I recommend it.

Nathalie's place is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful Arcachon Bay area. It is also very well-equipped and quiet. As for the hosts, they are available, responsive. They will not fail to give you the best advice to make the most of your stay. Hosts and a property that I would highly recommend.

The place was spotless, perfectly as described and photographed. Private parking space is a real plus. The exit inventory was able to be carried out very early (at 6:30 a.m.), which we really appreciated, because it allowed us to hit the road early. Small but very well arranged apartment, nice decor, beautiful bedding. But the best thing is the view of the basin... from morning to night on the beautiful terrace we enjoy! Bikes are essential to reach the center of Arcachon by the bike path that starts 2 steps from the residence. I hope to come back.

Jean-Philippe’s apartment was very clean and a pleasure to stay in. There was a bus into Bordeaux with a short 15minute journey time right outside the apartment so we didn’t need to use our car. The covered free parking was also a bonus. Overall a great place to stay

We enjoyed the quiet of the accommodation and the flexible hours of a self check-in. Ideally located near Arcachon, the Pyla dune and Gujan Mestras. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and the terrace is very popular. I hope to be able to come back soon.
