The house was built in 1892, restored in 1993/94, last renovations in 2016 and 2020/23 In the summer months of July and August, heating is not included in the rent, but can be used if necessary. In the other months, gas consumption for heating up to €60/week is included in the rent.

Cross the street: you are on the beach. Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classified as Meublé de Tourisme) offers you a garden level of choice with a private equipped courtyard. Its interior is cozy and offers a piano that is available to musicians upon request. Linens are provided. The accommodation is non-smoking, no pets are allowed. The other two floors remain strictly private and are not part of the rental.
