It was with great pleasure that we renovated this house while keeping its soul. Everything is designed to make sure that you do not miss anything. Equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, kitchenware, dishes. Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar... small grocery store on site: chips, sausage, chocolate, cake... local products. You have the whole place to yourself, kitchen, dining table. Living room with sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, desk, internet, Wi-Fi, TV.

On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 27 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/TV area. CEA Valduc is 25 minutes away. Is-sur-Tille train station is a 5-minute walk. 15 min from Dijon by car.
