We are Marie, François, and Léon (the cat). We welcome you to our home where you will have your bedroom, bathroom, and private parking space. On foot, you will find: - 5 minutes, a park with a lake. - 10 minutes, a small supermarket. - 20 minutes, the train station and the city center, filled with various shops. By train (RER A), from the train station, you will be: - 3 minutes from Val d 'Europe (Shopping Center). - 6 minutes (2 stations) from Disneyland Paris. - 28 minutes from Paris.

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. This suite of 45m2 totally private is composed of a bedroom with terrace reserved for our guests, a very trendy shower room and a beautiful living room with garden views. The bed is a 140×190 bed for 2 people An extra bed (upstairs ) is to be requested and charged €25. A "breakfast" basket with fresh bread and jams will be dropped off every morning. The village offers all amenities and invites regional tourism. !! No kitchenette!!

"The Chardon de Belleville"

Welcome to the “Chardon de Belleville”! You will occupy the entire small 37m2 apartment on the second floor (no lift) of a four-storey house - in complete autonomy. It offers all the amenities: small living room, fitted kitchen, large bathroom with a washing machine, fast WIFI... Crossing, bright and easy to ventilate, it overlooks a quiet street and our interior garden (where you can have your breakfast on shiny summer days).

Pleasant room in Gournay

As a mother living with my 2 children and a very nice little dog, I rent a 9 m2 room. The room consists of a convertible bed for 1–2 people, a desk and a shelf. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. Linens and towels are provided. Tea and coffee are available. My house is located in a gated community, 5 minutes walk to the bus stop in the city center.
