La Petite Maison or… The old henhouse! Completely renovated in the 2000s, the old hen house of Yonville became "La Petite Maison". A bright haven of peace, entirely shaped by the hands of our dear grandfather. Located in the heart of the Picardy countryside, it is to the Petite Maison that we come to seek calm and serenity. This outbuilding located near the Somme Bay, 35 minutes from the sea, will be the ideal setting for a quiet holiday close to nature.

The exterior is being refreshed but you will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. You will have a 160 x 200 bed and a second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190). We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
