I highly recommend Estelle's accommodation! Very available and friendly host. Very well located accommodation (all on foot: pedestrian street, beach, supermarket) and very pleasant with its spacious terrace at the back of the house. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay!

Perfect stay to rest in a peaceful and quiet environment! It feels like home but on vacation with everything you need ^^ Small cozy semi-detached house for at least 4 people in complete privacy, everything is clean and new, the garden and car parking, the location 15 min drive to the beaches of Mimizan^^ Thank you again for your welcome!

The house is very well located, easy to access, very pleasant and well equipped. There's everything you need for a great stay! Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue! Everything is there! Katherine's kindness and responsiveness is appreciated. We'll be back with pleasure!

We liked Caroline and Emmanuel's accommodation very much! We especially liked the proximity to the beach and the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. You can tell that Caroline and Emmanuel are passionate hosts. We would come back any time!

We had a very good stay to start this summer 2025 accompanied by our 3 large dogs who were accepted. House at the TOP with air conditioning, large beds very comfortable, 2 bathrooms.... A fairly large plot of land including garden and terrace. (The big downside was the neighbor's dog and his fence that doesn't hold much... (a little complicated with ours...)) The house is close to shops and big cities to visit the area! We went to Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, Arcachon, Pilat... lots of things to see and above all very welcoming locals! This was a great stay!!

Very good communication with Karine and Gilles with whom I was able to converse a long time by phone. Very friendly couple that we would have liked to have met. The listing was as described. We were spoilt for choice between the pool, the lake in the immediate vicinity, and the beaches a few miles away. The residence is quiet. We will return to Karine and Gilles's with pleasure

Agnes was a wonderful and very friendly host. She has furnished the house with a lot of love and perfect style. The accommodation was indescribably beautiful, very clean and very quiet in a beautiful garden. The large terrace was wonderful! We felt right at home! You had everything you needed. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Very nice residential area. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for this wonderful time!

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

We enjoyed the time very much. The unique view of the sea is very nice. Very good restaurants are also just around the corner. The apartment is very suitable for a vacation for two.

We felt very comfortable with Edith from the first moment. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. There were small terraces both in front of the apartment and behind the house, so you always had the opportunity to find a place in the shade. Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect! Close to the ocean, the city and its restaurants. You can drop your car off in the private parking lot and do everything on foot. The accommodation is clean and faithful to the description. I recommend it!
