Fully restored and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, Senseo coffee maker, bathroom, bedroom with mezzanine, barbecue, sun loungers for the garden. Ideal for a couple and a child or another adult (sofa bed). Lover of country markets, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing and mushroom picking. Mandatory cleaning fee: 40 euros to be paid on site in cash

The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
