Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

In the heart of the Auris resort, you are housed in a vast studio, recently renovated (parquet, electric roller shutters, double glazing). The many interior storage areas are easy. You enjoy all the equipment: flat screen, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, traditional ovens and microwave, umbrella bed...You have unobstructed views of the mountains, optimal sunshine, and a large balcony with its furniture. 6/8 pers apartment of 49 m² new and cozy in the large estate of Alpe d 'Huez, in the family resort of Auris en Oisans. Amenities in the immediate vicinity (shops, ski school, children's club...). Ski departure, slopes within 50 m. We were charmed by this small warm family resort with a large ski area, beautiful surroundings and multiple activities in summer. We were keen to arrange the apartment in a practical, comfortable, and convivial way.

Our apartment has stunning views of the slopes and the mountain. Access to the Alpe d'Huez ski area via the Auris Express at the bottom of the building, skis on. The bedroom is well insulated and the sleeping area with bunk beds is separated from the living room by a blackout curtain and a door. Our apartment is ski-in and has a ski locker. It is also close to all shops, equipment rental, daycare and various activities.
