The cabin is a perfect starting point for trips both inwards and outwards of the fjord if you want to experience more of the beautiful surrounding area. A real gem for those who want to find peace in idyllic western Norwegian nature.

Gas refrigerator and gas burner, solar cell for charging. You can rent a hot tub, electric bicycles, SUP boards or a snazzy Fiat 500 to drive around (for a fee, NOK 1500 for the hot tub). Great hiking opportunities in the community. Mountains and water! Park up on the farm and walk down about 250 meters to the cabin. The hot tub and shower are located next to the main house. About 500 meters down to the village center where you find restaurants, shops, grocery store, Ægir brewery and pub, Fjordsafari, Fjord Sauna and Flåm railway. The apartment is perfect for couples or families. We have 3 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), bedroom 2 has two single beds, and bedroom 3 has one single bed. If you are looking for a central but quiet apartment with a stunning view, this is the place to be.

Der kan du senke skuldrene, nyte suset fra elven og logge av fra kjas og mas. Gode komfortable senger (1 dobbeltseng, 1 enkeltseng og mulighet for å sette opp 1 ekstra seng), myke varme dyner og puter, saueskinn og vedfyrt ovn. Trenger du et forfriskende bad, kan du ta det i en de mange kulpene ved elven som renner ved campen.

Hytte med utsikt innover og utover Sognefjorden. Eige naust og grillplass ved fjorden. Mogelegheit for å leige båt med 9,9hk. 2 kajakkar inkludert. Må gå 50 meter i sti frå parkeringsplass og til hytta. Molo med bademogelegheiter. Her er ein heilt ifred uten naboar og innsyn. 6km til kommunesentrum Vik / Vikøyri. Med båt er det kort veg til Arnafjord, Balestrand og veglause stader som Sylvarnes og fantastiske Finnabotn. Hytta er i bruk av eigar og har alt inventar som normalt er ibruk.

Side by side with the apple trees in an old, organic orchard – the oldest part on our farm, «Fretheim Gard» – you'll find it: Beautifully situated by the fjord in Flåm, only a short walk from the center of Flåm and station area. The cabin is architect-designed by Stiv Kuling and was completed in 2023. It's built entirely of Norwegian pine. A modern, bright, and comfortable cabin with stunning views, a peaceful location, and close to hiking trails and natural attractions.

Flåm Retreat - Exclusive and sustainable mini-house

Flåm Retreat's minihouse is a sustainable and exclusive cabin designed by Snøhetta, with a focus on reducing human impact on nature. Enjoy panoramic views of Flåmsdalen, tranquility, and some of the world’s most stunning scenery. The mini-house has two double beds and sleeps four comfortably. A fifth guest can use the sofa bed for NOK 250. From May to September, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Single-night gaps will be released as they become available.
