Live in the countryside in this unique and family-friendly place. Housing from 1950 with soul in classic and timeless style. Beautifully decorated and refurbished in original style with harmonious colors. Living room with garden view and fireplace, dining room with dining table, kitchen with dining area and fireplace that warms well. WC on the 1st floor and shower room on the 2nd floor. 4 bedrooms (+1 small children's room). Separate sink in all rooms. The house is located 50 minutes from Oslo and 20 minutes from Lillestrøm and 7 minutes from Blaker Station.

Welcome to Fagerlia! The house has a warm atmosphere and the opportunity to gather many around the long table in the large living room. Here it is possible for a number of different activities both outside and inside, including volleyball, table tennis and hot tub. In addition, there is a great hiking area on foot and by bike, and 2 km to the beach and fishing water. Canoe available on request. The house is suitable both for adults and for families with children. The tenant must be at least 25 years old. No partying and smoke in or outside the house.

The house is beautifully located on a farmyard with other houses, and consists of the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the second. The outdoor environment on the farm is well suited for children with, among other things, a fire pit and play stands. It is close to forests and fields with nice hiking opportunities, and the bus to Lillestrøm stops right by the farm. In summer, you can borrow a canoe for travel on Lierelva. Urskog fort and Mangenfjellet are within short driving distance from the farm.

The house is well suited for quiet days, family cozy or cozy accommodation, and is only 15 minutes from shops, 1 hour from Oslo as well as Gardermoen airport, and Sweden.

Ta med hele familien til dette flotte stedet med mye plass til moro. Robåt og kano inngår i leien. NYT naturen til lands og til vanns. Ubegrensede tur og fiske-muligheter. Bl.a Sootkalnalen rett i nærheten. På samme gårdstun ligger en hytte som også kan leies ut (kan tilsammen romme 10 pers i hus og hytte ). Egner seg veldig godt for firmaer Norske grenselosers museum ligger på samme eiendom. Dette er også sluttpunktet for Flyktningeruta fra Oslo. (12 mil) Kort vei til Sverige og shopping.

Picturesque property in beautiful surroundings. There are large lawns for playing and relaxing and peaceful forests for long walks. Guest are free to use the kayak and canoe to explore nearby lakes and for there are terrific routes in all directions for cycling. The house has 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room (changed since pictures were taken) + a couch that could accommodate at least one. Two bathrooms with shower, one extra toilet. Washroom is without a washing machine.

Quiet and idyllic family place. Large garden, west and south facing, where you can enjoy the summer days. 3 miles from Sweden, 1 mile to Hemnes/shop. About 8 miles to Oslo. Small rowboat, Pioner. The country house is located close to idyllic Skuleruds Lake, which is part of Haldenvassdragen. Perfect for canoe tourists who want to explore the Halden watercourse. The forest behind the house is full of blueberries in the month of August.
