Great host with clear communication throughout. The property is beautiful with a lovely garden just as described. the place was spotlessly clean and perfect for our two families of 4. We will absolutely book again if we return to the area.

Church Barn House, Wadworth

The barn is a really impressive building on the inside. Lots of exposed stone and industrial style. Handy spot in centre of Wadworth but nice and quiet.

Ruth’s airbnb was a lovely stay, we went for one night, the place we stayed was very clean and tidy and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub with nice relaxing views in the garden, would definitely recommend!

Moorgreen

Great place to stay whilst visiting family and also great to have a place for family to pop round for a coffee to visit as well. Felt like home away from home. My dad said it made his weekend having a house to stay at instead of a hotel, and he’s right, it really makes the difference. We’ll be looking to book again when we’re in the area

Auckley House - Home Crowd Luxury Apartments

The home is in a very safe & quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, none of the surrounding areas are walkable so transportation is a must. Otherwise I had a lovely stay.

Comfy Quirky Country Cottage

SiânRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Elizabeth's. The property was as pictured and in a lovely quiet area. Elizabeth communicated really well and everything you could need was available. She even provided some prosecco & wine which was a nice touch. The only reason we've given 4 stars on cleanliness is because there were a couple of cobwebs, but in general it was very clean. The only negatives we have are that the TV is too high for the positioning of the sofa and we weren't keen on the feather duvet because the feathers kept poking through and they can be sharp. However, the positives are that it was very peaceful, the wifi worked really well which was important because I was working. There is a small green at the end of the lane where we were able to sit and enjoy the sunshine whilst watching wild rabbits run around. We'd definitely stay here again, thank you 😊

18th century lock keepers cottage

PaulRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What a great find Lock Keeper’s Cottage was for a lovely weekend away. If you’re looking for a quiet get-away in a traditional cottage right on the canal then this is for you. Your only neighbours are moored up barges/narrowboats - some permanent and others just passing through. Chat with the local owners or those navigating the canal lock on your doorstep and you’ll find how friendly they all are. At the back of the property there’s a large decking and the sizeable garden looks across open fields and is surrounded by a run off stream from the canal - you’ll have a to an eye of children if you’re taking them but this stream is only a few inches deep for the most part. Walking is easy - there’s woodland opposite (part of the Babworth Estate) with paths and, of course, the canal path itself. The cottage itself is really cosy with the 2 lounges and a well equipped kitchen. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep and may be a challenge for the less agile though.
