Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. Newly decorated and furnished for 2024, you enter your private suite on the ground floor, walking straight into the new beautifully fitted kitchen complete with appliances, elegant dining area perfect for relaxed and cozy romantic candle lit dinners. Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Likewise, KC stadium, in the opposite direction. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. The house has two double bedrooms and is equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay.
