We had a wonderful stay at Quarry Hill Lookout. The house was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of books and games that kept our family entertained throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine, which quickly became part of my morning routine and a calming start to each day. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful placement of clear, specific instructions around the house. Whether it was using the fire heater or operating the coffee maker, everything was meticulously explained to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The indoor heating worked very well and kept us warm and comfortable. There was also a large area for parking, which made it very convenient. Nicola was a super friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

If I go missing, check here first. The winged house is ridiculously good. Right on the water, stocked like a gourmet bunker, and so full of home grown produce in the garden I briefly considered starting a farmers market! The amenities? Let’s just say if you forgot to pack something, this place probably already has three of it! Quentin was also a very responsive host, with easy and clear instructions. Highly recommend, unless you’re trying to book the same weekend as me—then no, it’s terrible, avoid.

Eyrie House provided a peaceful haven for our family in the midst of a busy road trip. The views are spectacular and the house has been built to capitalise on this. Arriving on a winter night, we were so pleased to walk into a warm, welcoming home, in which we immediately felt comfortable. The house has a little wear and tear just by virtue of being an older build, but everything inside is clean and comfortable. It would be a great place to visit for a group of friends, as the house can sleep eight people comfortably (3x queen beds and 2x singles), and there is plenty of space for communal meals and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Andrew's place and are happy to recommend it.

Excellent stay at Ben’s lovely home. Quiet, comfortable and had everything we could have needed and more! Hot tub was fantastic and the fire pit at night was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here and listening to the ocean waves

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had an unforgettable stay at Charleson Farm! It was the perfect getaway and a special place to spend time with my parents before they left Melbourne. The property had everything we could have asked for, and the highlight was definitely the adorable ponies, Button and Pepper, we loved feeding and patting them, along with the friendly goats. The gas-heated pool was a great bonus; a bit chilly at first, but by the third sunny day, it was just right. The host was incredibly kind and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable escape!

This place was so wonderful to stay at. Everything was beautifully curated and all the attentions to detail were wonderful. Craig has truly thought of everything in creating this place. The view was also incredible and location was so convenient for places like Port Arthur. We loved our time here and would love to come back one day

We went for a long weekend to Dalys’s & thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was thoughtfully laid out & was so clean , neat and tidy. Breakfast provisions were provided plus other lovely treats. There isn’t really a supermarket nearby but general store has some food basics. The cafe next door to the general store is gorgeous and well worth a brunch stop but you really need to book in before hand , it’s busy. Lots of walks and places to eat breakfast & lunch all at your door stop. Dinner is more limited but the pub is easy and only a few minutes stroll down from the house. We took my elderly mum and she was fine with the stairs in the house, they are easy & low rise. In fact she wanted to move in and had such a great time. Driveway & steps up to the house are a bit steep with a pebbled part to walk on if you struggle with mobility. Everything about this property feels luxurious , airy and inviting. Sunlight & views into the living spaces is glorious. We would love to stay again.

Repeated visit: I really cannot describe how great this place is. The serenity, calmness and the awesomeness of the staff at Villa Senja! From Marie being super friendly; Kadek, Komang, Putu, Martin (Security) being awesome all the time; I really cannot describe the fantastic team over there other than, they are all great! One thing for sure is that for both my visits, the dog - Cleo is chained to the guard house. Cleo will only be released upon request of the guest, or the guest has to release it by themselves. The staffs will not release the dog without the guest's permission. With all that said, Marie; thank you so much for the opportunity to visit Villa Rumah Senja once again for me and my partner. What we hope is that we can always come back again soon. The serenity, peacefulness and the professionalism of the staff over at Villa Rumah Senja just makes us want to come back over and over again without any second thoughts. The villa, as well as everyone is just AMAZING!

What a truly peaceful and relaxing space to spend a couple of nights in. Sadly for us the weather was quite unseasonable and the rain and cool winds meant we didn’t get to spend as much time outside to enjoy the pool or hammock. The views are beautiful and it was so nice to be able to see the fireflies dancing in the trees around us. Rahtut was always responsive to our messages and requests and the staff were all lovely and so helpful -huge thanks to them for carrying our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs to the villa. The provided breakfasts were plentiful and many options to choose from. The only downside is that food that you may order through Rahtut for other meals comes from a local warung and by the time it gets to you it is cold or at best lukewarm. Definitely a place to stay for a couple of nights if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind. Oh and be warned there are roosters crowing at all times of the day and night haha Thank you Rahtut and staff 🙏

Citra and her team are amazing! It was our first time in Bali and for sure wont be our last. Umah d’Alas is the perfect getaway from the busy life. Everything about the place was perfect, from the villa itself, the restaurant and the surroundings. Every piece of the place was IG worthy. We wished that we could have stayed longer at this magical place. But when the time came that we had to leave, Citra arrived at our Villa at 4am to give us breakfast boxes for our early flight. This is how you know that Citra and her team goes above and beyond when taking care of their guests. We will definitely be back soon.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

We, a family of four enjoyed a marvelous time at villa l'espoir. Everyone starting from the driver, gardener, security guy and the two wonderful ladies where above and bejond our expectations. They where proactive, very helpful and warm and welcoming. The kids (and the parents) enjoyed hanging out by the pool and swimming for hours. We highly recommend this villa.

A lovely place to stay in Kangaroo Ground. Well appointed with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living/dining area. Separate from host’s house. Easy parking. Good heating. Comfortable beds with electric blankets.

Wow, where do we start? The location? Right on the beach, overlooking the ocean and mountains in the west. An easy 15 min walk through the rice paddies and vineyards (yes!) to Lovina township. Or the property itself? A house of impressive dimensions that fuses traditional Balinese architecture with western mod cons. Surrounded by tranquil gardens, water features and a super-clean 25m pool. Or the property’s staff? Kadek and Iluh will cook you meals - both Balinese and western - that are on a par with the best restaurants, incredible value. They go above and beyond to organise in-house massages, or have alcoholic beverages delivered (try the local wines: grapes shipped in from Australia, but pressed, fermented and bottled in Bali - very easy drinking). And Putu the driver, who will get you anyplace anytime - even to the Batur volcano at midnight so you can to reach the summit in time for sunrise. After nearly 100 Airbnb’s since 2015, Rodolpho’s place is instantly our favourite.

We had a wonderful two nights at the cottage, Natalie’s instructions are very clear and concise in checking in. At first you feel like you’re in a cottage and surroundings that could be at least over 100yo but beautifully presented, until you read the story in the cottage info book and realise it’s only around 20yo and that a lot of the material is from famous buildings and locations across not only Australia but the world. Great kitchen, very well appointed, heated floors in the bathrooms, great coffee machine, fire place and bbq. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks Natalie

Amanda and her place was amazing! She is very welcoming and easy going. Her house is beautiful and had everything you would need. She supplied heaps of delicious food items and even had toys for the kids to play with. Her animals were also very friendly (donkey, sheep, dogs) and perfect for my young kids. Even though the weather was very wet she did everything she could to make our stay the best it could be 😀

Exceeded all our expectations, the cottage oozed charm and made you feel right at home. All our needs were catered for in the kitchen. The wood heater worked a treat with great dry wood. The view is next level you could waist your day away looking at the ever changing mood of Mother Nature. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

The place was even better than the photos!! It was a lot more roomy than I expected, and the feature of the two shower heads in the shower was fantastic!

Sea House is such a magical place from the gardens to the views, beach access and the comfort of the house made our stay really wonderful and the balm we needed. Liz was gave great information before we arrived and was really responsive. Can’t wait to get back.
