A fabulous apartment on a farm with a garden porch facing stunning views of the Alps. Starting and finishing each day on the porch enjoying these views was so peaceful. This spacious apartment has everything you may need for a short or longer stay. A very comfortable bed. The host is very friendly and helpful. One of the loveliest Airbnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. We’re hoping to stay again for longer sometime soon and explore further this beautiful part of Austria. Highly recommended.

Highlight of our Austrian vacation. Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet. Place is well built and maintained with all amenities needed. 10/10. And to Claudia and her family, 100/10. She was most helpful and polite, always available and did more than one can even ask for. If you find it available, book it.

A very large apartment with large, high rooms that convey a truly royal sense of space! And the view from the windows fits in with it. The atmosphere in the old castle is indescribable anyway! The location on the edge of the village is beautiful, totally quiet, you are immediately relaxed when you get there. The apartment is complete and very cozy and homey, nothing is missing. Sabine is a very friendly and warm hostess who always has a tip ready. And who, when it matters, is also extremely helpful and is there for you with advice and support. THANK YOU, Sabine!!! Not to forget the farm shop, where you can buy high-quality organic products on Saturdays.

A beautiful, secluded cabin with lots of space. Heating is mainly via the very pleasant tiled stove. Unfortunately, we could use the garden with the outdoor loungers in April little, but looked very inviting. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

This is an absolutely gorgeous location. No need for a car as it is located right next to a quaint grocery store and the bus stop, which makes it really easy to get to Innsbruck or the small mountain towns nearby. Our host Angelika was so nice. She brought us fresh eggs from the free range chickens that roam the property. Angelika was so helpful with arranging our departure at the end of our stay. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. It was wonderful!

Amazing time at this beautiful farm! Travelled with our two young kids and they absolutely loved it. Mariam was such a wonderful and friendly host! Look forward to visiting again soon!

Fast and super easy communication! Very nice hosts and with great optional bakery service in the morning. Very nice and clean pool and very spacious sauna. Helpful guest book and well-equipped apartment (baby-friendly). We felt at home and will be happy to come back in the future!

Amei has created a beautiful, peaceful oasis here. The house is super cozy and equipped with everything you need. Amei is always available and very helpful. Our highlight was the living room with the large panoramic windows. The view is a dream. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you, Amei! ☺️

We had a great time, including a 1 and a half year old. The apartment was also safe for the baby and Tobi and Olivia were very attentive and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and tidy and the sauna is very nice at the end of the day. I can only recommend this place to people coming to the area.

We had an extremely enjoying stay in Medea's apartment. Everything was just great! The location is amazing!

We experienced Daniela's hospitality as a warm blanket. She makes you feel completely at home as a guest and you lack nothing. They will be there for you together, e.g. due to the snow on the approach route, her husband drove our car up so we knew how to do it. The location is exceptionally beautiful! Lots of privacy. Cozy decor. All comfort is present. We have used the unique outdoor pool several times; wonderfully relaxed (you should take the time to heat and also enjoy). Immediately from the alpine hut you can walk. In the further area there are also many hiking opportunities. For example, you will be in Heiligenblut in 20 min. at the Grossklockner. The locals we met during the walks are really friendly and helpful; nice contacts. We loved the stay.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

It was really a wonderful weekend, which we were allowed to spend at the Esparanza farm. The caravan was well equipped, the location is beautifully quiet and the people at the yard are super nice! The animals are of course a highlight, we booked a donkey hike directly. The hike was only 1.5 hours instead of 3 hours, but still overall a great experience with very nice people and animals. :-) I'm sure we'll be back!

I had a fantastic vacation at the accommodation. Very cozy, everything you need is there and more. Communication with Evelin was excellent at all times. They, their family and the two dogs are very hospitable. You can quickly get to Salzburg & Co. by public transport, but the area around the accommodation also invites you to go for a walk or hike. I can recommend this accommodation 100% and will definitely stop by again if I want to go on vacation in Salzburg again.

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

Beautiful and peaceful area, evening walks were almost like meditation. Our interaction with the animals was amazing and the cats were really friendly. Marion and her family were super friendly and kind. They even gave my son a ride on the tractors! We highly recommend you visit and also buy fresh eggs and milk etc. from their store.

Great, clean, functional place in beautiful surroundings! Made a great base for hiking with many amazing spots nearby. Extra shout outs: - you can order fresh bread for breakfast - nice public terrace to hang out, have your breakfast and soak in the surroundings

Such a peaceful getaway in the country. We loved waking up to sound of cowbells from just outside. This location was perfect; 30 min from all the hikes we wanted to as well as Salzburg.

All in all a great but not exactly inexpensive place to stay! The 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet, the fireplace and the gas grill, as well as the available kitchen utensils greatly enhance the stay. However, the additional costs that are not immediately apparent during the accommodation search, such as surcharges per person, electricity, gas, bedding, towels make the Zirbitzhütte a not exactly cheap pleasure. The fact that the cabin is very audible should also be noted (especially when choosing the co-travelers). ;)

We were guests at Georg's with six adults, two children and a dog. Our stay was seven nights. The location is simply ideal if you want to hike. Georg was very courteous and very friendly to us. He gave us good advice on which Alm was ideal for us and was also helpful when there were other concerns. The surroundings are simply breathtaking and beautiful. The apartment of the Chalet Rosenstein, especially the one on the upper floor, which we lived in, is beautifully, generously and tastefully furnished. The chalet's parking spaces are located directly next to the respective entrances of the apartments. We wish Georg all the best and many new guests. Thank you :-)
