WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

I stayed in this beautiful home and everything was above expectations! The place is very clean and equipped with everything I need. It is located in a quiet and comfortable area, and the homeowners are at the top of taste, respect and cooperation. The place is indeed worth the price paid, and I will not hesitate to book again if I return to the same area. Thanks for hosting Rosa! Everything is really right here, we felt incredibly comfortable. The house has a perfect, secluded location surrounded by forest and meadow, everything you could need is available. In addition, Christine is a great host who can give all sorts of tips and is available. We hopefully will be back!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

The stay was an absolute dream! The cottage was very tastefully and cozily furnished - the view was magnificent. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the beginning. Veronika gave us good recommendations and was very friendly. Our highlight: the fine guitar sounds that we were able to listen to in the morning. We will be happy to come back :)

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

We felt very comfortable. Even though it was still a bit cold to use the pool, the pool area was super nice and inviting. The fenced garden was a dream for our dogs and also contributed to the relaxation of the 2-legged ones. We will be happy to come back.

We were received very nicely! The pool was also well tempered and the associated shower had hot water if needed, sun loungers are also available. Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

We (8 adults, 2 young children) spent 3 nights and felt at home in this unique space. Clean with amenities as described. Susanna was pleasant and helpful at every step. The house has charm and character within a quiet, safe neighborhood. An easy 25 minute drive to/from old Vienna. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

We had the most amazing stay in this chalet. It was very clean and well equipped for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The scenery is beautiful and I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone. The family are very friendly and we loved the sheep surrounding the property fence, they were so fun to watch. Katharina's place was absolutely beautiful!!!! Myself, my sister and our 3 teen/ college daughters didn't want to leave! She is a lovely host offering help, kindness and service in exceptional ways. The views are absolutely amazing!!!! We loved sitting on the balcony or at dinner at the table overlooking the mountains and just taking in the beauty and peacefulness. Visiting the animals was so fun as well. She has thought of so many helpful amenities for travelers. As an interior designer, I especially appreciated the beautiful and functional interior spaces from the kitchen, living to the bedrooms and well thought out bathrooms. I highly recommend Katharina's place. She is lovely herself and her place resembles both her personal beauty and her desire to create a space for others to enjoy true respite, peace and time with the people they love. Sometimes words are not enough to describe how incredible something is, our trip was exactly this way! Amazing memories and what an amazing place! Breathtaking place with 100% privacy and absolutely mesmerising surroundings. The scenery is even better than the pictures. Dino was so helpful and responsive regarding any question or inquiry. A beautiful apartment on the edge of Fuschl with a great view of the lake! We spent almost a week there with our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is in a quiet location and is the perfect starting point for various excursions in the region. Dog owners will love the green surroundings that invite you to take walks. Nearby is an old mill where you can get fresh, traditionally baked bread once a week by pre-order. We will be happy to come back!

A very large apartment with large, high rooms that convey a truly royal sense of space! And the view from the windows fits in with it. The atmosphere in the old castle is indescribable anyway! The location on the edge of the village is beautiful, totally quiet, you are immediately relaxed when you get there. The apartment is complete and very cozy and homey, nothing is missing. Sabine is a very friendly and warm hostess who always has a tip ready. And who, when it matters, is also extremely helpful and is there for you with advice and support. THANK YOU, Sabine!!! Not to forget the farm shop, where you can buy high-quality organic products on Saturdays.

The views and surrounding area are beyond beautiful!!! The community is charming and welcoming, such a beautiful area to walk around. The chalet is impeccable and decorated with care. Do not hesitate to book this place 😃

We had a great time in the tiny house. 🥰 Even though we didn't spend quite as much time there, it was a great place to start the day and also to end it in the evening. We were always hiking during the day. 🥾 We were particularly impressed by the numerous loving details & delicacies that we gradually found. Clear recommendation! 🧡

Katharina's house is really beautiful, if not even nicer than in the photos. The interior is even significantly larger than we had imagined. The sun terrace is the absolute heart and invites you to enjoy the wonderful view with sun loungers and much more. Katharina sent us all the important information in advance and we could easily contact her at any time. The cleanliness and hygiene of the house left absolutely nothing to be desired. We felt right at home. The direct neighbors were also very friendly and we could still use the terrace and the house in peace. It's a beautiful place! Thank you 🫶

The tiny house is beautifully located with a view of the mountains, the nearby road is hardly used and so you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. We especially loved the outdoor area with jacuzzi, backyard and terrace (and cats). You have everything you need in the house, sleeps wonderfully and can relax here overall.😊
