Barn renovated into a studio, in the countryside

Take a break in the countryside and relax in this small stable converted into a cozy cottage in the countryside. This studio is attached to our home but is completely autonomous. Two ATVs are available. To go further, a car is required (located 25 minutes from Arras/Hesdin, 30 minutes from Lens/Vimy. One hour from Lille and the Opal Coast. Paris is 2 hours by car (or 45 minutes by TGV from Arras). Cross circuit in Ternois 20 min.

It is a renovated old dovecote made of brick and cut stone in a renovated old mill on the edge of the Authie. The place is quiet, the facade is facing south, the house remains cool in summer. Walks are possible around the property with access to the watercourse. Convenience stores can be reached 5 km away. There are many cultural and historical sights. For those interested in the Beauval Zoo: my place is located in the Somme and not the Loir et Cher.

Cleaning included in the living room (please put away the dishes, and take out the garbage)

Built in an outbuilding of our house, the studio is completely independent and has a dedicated parking space. The garden is shared with our house.
