quiet area and perfect for visiting several places of interest. Alessandro is very nice and gave us a lot of tips about the area. We had a great time and also our dog who was able to run around the garden.

The area is very quiet and convenient for reaching all the activities of interest. The apartment is very spacious, well furnished and equipped. The bathroom is brand new, the shower is spacious and the hot water works perfectly. The mattresses are comfortable. We slept very well, the apartment is very quiet. The outside is very well maintained with plants, flowers and a beautiful vegetable garden, and we were able to have breakfast outside (May). Alessandro, the host, is a very helpful person and attentive to all needs. He will also give you many tips on how to get around and discover this enchanting area.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment! The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful – we were warmly welcomed and even received a bottle of wine as a welcome. That was a really nice gesture. The apartment is very well equipped – it really has everything you need. Everything was clean and well maintained. We found the garden and the pool particularly beautiful, which are lovingly laid out and kept in good condition. The view from the terrace is simply fantastic, and the quiet location ensures real relaxation. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Our stay at Gargnano with Liliana was perfect. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We and our two children felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. The on-site support was also friendly, uncomplicated and warm. The central location is super. In 1 minute you are at the lake. Shopping as well as many restaurants can be found in a short walking distance. Nevertheless, the apartment is quiet and well located. We particularly liked the stairwell and the resort's garden. The apartment has its own entrance. The stairs from the entrance to the apartment rise via a narrow staircase two floors directly into the apartment. It makes you feel like you're getting up into a church tower. The resort's garden is included. Pool may be used. This is located just a few minutes from the apartment and is beautifully laid out.

The property is lovely, great location for those who want to spend a weekend in the mountains. Very close to the apartment you can find everything from restaurants, to supermarkets, to the pharmacy. Gianmarco was very kind, he even called me to check that everything was going well.

large, clean house in the center a stone's throw from the slopes. spacious kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need to cook. clean and nice rooms, spacious bathroom, super clean, with hair dryer and everything you need. Angela and her mother were very kind and helpful, they met us in everything. if we go back from those areas, we will definitely come back to them. Highly recommended!!!

This is my first time booking in this facility. Pleasure trip with family. I can only express positive comments about the apartment, the amenities and the owners, always available and friendly. Highly recommend.

This experience went beyond our expectations. Very clean apartment equipped with all comforts and more, such as a wide variety of teas and herbal teas, soluble ginseng, biscuits and jams. Super friendly and helpful host who gave us valuable tips including where to eat. Super comfortable bed and super soundproof windows that provide precious peace and quiet. We hope to be back soon. We also stayed with our medium sized dog and recommend it to all dog owners!

The apartment is as pictured, large and comfortable, the kitchen was complete and there was also a microwave. The area is provided, with amenities not far away and within walking distance and also with great walks even for families. We went early and they also let us check in early, 😊👍 great since we had food with us.

Our stay in one of these apartments (n°9 precisely..) was a very nice experience to live in the heart of Bolzano... we appreciated the space and functionality of it as well as the availability, the organization of all the people attached to Stay COOPER (The incredible breakfast nearby, the luggage storage service right next door etc.) Finally, thank you to Sonia for all the specific information about the apartment and its location. Great location ,very useful is the card they give you at check-in that entitles you to a discount x all the accesses to the complex. We stayed in one of the apartments, all as described. If I may, I would like to make a note about breakfast, only to avoid mishaps, better to clarify the services available that the breakfast served is for a fee; at the time of check-in I asked for confirmation but those who were on duty were able to explain me and marked that we had breakfast. I then sent a message to the contact that there is on your site x to have confirmation or in case I can decide whether to have the service for a fee, but I have never had a response and even on the second day after introducing us x the breakfast was said nothing was only said at the time of check-out, the bill was presented. We paid logically for a little more attention x the guests did not fail. Anyway, I recommend...keep an eye on information

Really enjoyed staying at Manuel’s property! Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect location, really close walk to great restaurants, quiet, amazing views, beautiful apartments, and Manuel and Laura are just great hosts. We also loved the delivery of fresh croissants in the morning!

We really appreciated the location of the residence and the view from the apartment that is equipped with every comfort. Liù and Alessandro were very attentive and thoughtful in meeting our needs. Giulia was available at check-in and check-out.
