Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

On s’y sent bien, on s’y sent en sécurité. 😌🏠 Il y a des objets qui ont une histoire, des souvenirs dans chaque pièce, et une ambiance chaleureuse qu’on ne trouve pas ailleurs. Ce n’est pas une maison parfaite, mais c’est la mienne. Et c’est ça qui la rend spéciale. 🏡✨ La maison se situe dans le village où se trouve le parc animalier d'Auvergne. A 25min de issoire, 40min de Clermont-Ferrand, à proximité du Sancy et du Cézallier. 🏞️📍

Situé dans le paisible village de Pardines, près d’Issoire et Clermont-Ferrand, il offre 2 terrasses, un espace brasero et un spa pour des moments de détente en pleine nature. Le bois est omniprésent avec une décoration chaleureuse et des créations uniques en chêne massif. 2 chambres : une au rez-de-chaussée et une en mezzanine (non adaptée aux jeunes enfants).

Our home is designed for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. - We offer a living room: Table for meals, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen. - Internet - Toilet and shower. - 2 Beds (1600 x 2000) - Folding sofa (1100 x 1900) - Only dogs are allowed: We ask for an extra €15 per stay and per dog not exceeding 40 cm at the withers, beyond this size the extra is €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
