A local grocery store and award-winning bakery are less than 50 metres from the house (+ pharmacy + bank)

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room with its 2 seater sofa bed. Upstairs you will have a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed, dressing room and bathroom. Coffee, Tea and Spices are available. Large terrace in the quiet. At the gates of the state forest of Compiègne, come and recharge your batteries and enjoy the many activities.

Saint-Martin-des-Vignes In the heights of the old village of Montigny Lengrain overlooking the Aisne Valley, enjoy a newly renovated, comfortable and quiet house for 2–3 people (160 x 200 bed and sofa bed). It will be the ideal place to recharge your batteries, telecommute or discover the local heritage (Pierrefonds, Villers-Cotterêts, Compiègne, Soissons). For hiking lovers, the cottage is located on the GR 12 route and will be the starting point for many walks.

"La Compta" Accommodation

The Gîte Van G offers the "la compta" space, an atypical NON-SMOKING furnished accommodation of about 41 m2 on one level. It has free private parking. The accommodation was created in a former office building (accounting department). With its double bed and sofa bed, the space can accommodate 2 or even 3 people. It is ideal for a couple with a child, or for two people, each wanting a bed. For a larger group, see my 2nd accommodation.

From the first days you will enjoy the park and pond as well as the banks of the rout whose currents still operate the authentic mill wheel.
