We had a great time at Lionel's place. The accommodation is small, but perfectly equipped and functional. The neighbors are welcoming and discreet. The environment is very pleasant. I can only recommend Lionel's accommodation, where we will gladly return!

An exceptional stay a beautiful house. We spent 12 days with the family in a very nice house. Great for getting together and relaxing. Quiet, very well equipped, board games, DVD book, garden and terrace. We highly recommend it!!

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!
