The dwelling is composed of: - On the ground floor, a large living room around a wood hair, dining room and kitchen equipped with all comforts, as well as a laundry room and toilet. - On the first floor, two large bedrooms (Chbr1 - bed 140 + bed 90 - Chbr 2 - bed 140 ) and a bathroom with toilet. - A large terrace equipped with a barbecue terrace allows long evening outdoors.

Ideally located between the two regional parks of the Auvergne and Livradois-Forez volcanoes, 5 km from the A75 or Issoire SNCF train station.

This magnificent single-storey (independent) studio of 20 m2 with light donuts overlooking a terrace is close to the A75 motorway, it will allow you a stopover or a peaceful short stay with its Queen size bed of 160*200. There are country lanes on the edge . No animals allowed . Sheets and towels are available.
