Amamos o apartamento! It is in a historic building, built in 1950, listed by the Cultural Heritage of Santos. Despite its age, it is very well maintained. The condominium is well organized, the staff very polite. The location is perfect! The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated, with utensils and furniture of good quality. The environments are wide, well-lit and everything was extremely clean. Township facing the sea is a great privilege, especially for those who like to see the huge ships, entering or leaving the port. The garage space is not private, it is rotating, as is most buildings in Santos. When we got to the garage was crowded so we left the car on the side street, in vacancies of the building itself. This area has cameras and is safe. Unfortunately in this period there was a very strong storm, with a large volume of water and many garages and streets flooded. In the building the valetters were efficient and removed the cars. Thank you for everything Maria!

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well taken care of, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! The host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact. We loved the stay and will definitely be back! 💛✨
