Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Avalon

My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend getaway. It was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to many places, including the beach. It felt safe for us to walk around throughout the day and at night. The place was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Lewes! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and the beach. It made exploring Lewes so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Our second visit to Tim and Cathy’s condo…love it! We hope to go next year again and stay there..I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice peaceful area yet not far from the boardwalk. The bay is only half block away in other direction also…great vacation! I thank them for sharing and all the hard work that goes into keeping a rental so nice and up to date.

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

Clean clean clean! Easy parking. Spacious. Rules made very clear. Tastefully decorated. Easy drive to “downtown.”

Location was excellent - walking distance to the beach access, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants (and the best lobster rolls! Quincy's), and just in case you don't feel like walking, 2 parking spots right outside your door. The space was perfect for our family of 4. Very creative and efficient use of space meant everything had a place to be out of the way of 2 little kids running around and still easily accessible. The outdoor space was great for rinsing off after the beach and having a cookout. Bathroom was so clean! Jen and Josh were very easy to reach, and ahead of the game with clear instructions about our arrival and checkout procedure. To be honest booking and staying here was the easiest part of our whole vacation! Thank you, Jen and Josh

Laura was a fantastic host! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and perfect for our stay. She was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Barbara’s Cottage was incredible! Perfect spot if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet stay when you’re in Cape May. It’s right on their incredible winery. Definitely recommend!

Great and prompt communication. The place was clean and location is perfect; its walking distance to everything we were looking for. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and nice, and the place is well lit, bright cheery.

This was our second time staying here. It was amazing. Edward is super responsive. Great location to walk to many places. The house was very clean and the views were great with all the windows. It was the perfect spot for our family!!

A wonderful stay. The residence and outdoor area are exactly as shown and both were clean and comfortable. Having access to an outdoor fridge was an added bonus! Great location just blocks from the bay (the sunsets were spectacular!). Quick access to shops and restaurants was a plus. Hosts were great to work with and quickly responded to any inquiries - even checked back to confirm we were all set!

Roseanne's place was amazing. So adorable, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The cabana room was such an awesome space--both during the day and in the evenings. The private pool and easy access to the beach gave us plenty of options. So close to all the restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, etc. that we only used the car once when we wanted to grab dinner in Cape May. Roseanne was super communicative and, had we needed anything, I have no doubt she would have resolved it immediately. We will definitely be back. :)

Edward Joseph's property was beautiful and truly helped my wife and I enjoy our anniversary. We might not have brought our dog had we known the cost upfront, inability for her to use the furniture or that neighbors would rat on my wife because our dog peed on her overgrown grass.

Very beautiful , spacious home. Close to most places. Host is kind and responsive , would definitely recommend.

This place was a great location with plenty of space for our family. Short walk to the beach. Quiet location for naps for our youngest during the day. Handy to have the garage for storage, multiple showers to clean up after the beach, and a washer and dryer in the hallway to help keep up with laundry during the week.

Umi and Bill were wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as described, great communication, very clear instructions, lots of recommendations, a full book layed out very clearly with sections of anything you would want to know about the area, what to do, restaurants they recommended. The unit was pristine, had everything we could have needed & then some and offered an amazing view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of Umi and Bill's properties in the future and I look forward to staying with them again!

The place was just perfect for out little mini-vacation! The place was big for the two of us & the dog. Everything was as expected :)

My wife and I came to Cape May for a quick weekend getaway and got exactly what we were looking for in this place. As close to the beach as you can get, very walkable to bars and restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for, and getting in and out was super easy

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's condo in Lewes! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short, pleasant walk to both the charming town center and the beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bikes were a huge plus! We loved biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lewes!

Beach Bungalow is a true gem. The home is charming & cozy down to every last detail. It is centrally located just steps from the beach & boardwalk. Morgan is an outstanding host, responding immediately to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend Beach Bungalow to anyone who is looking to savor the charms of a sweet retreat just steps in any direction to a favorite OCNJ spot!

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

This was our first time to Brigantine. It was great being two blocks from the beach. Restaurants next-door and across the street were very convenient and delicious. It was a relaxing environment and more than enough space for the 2 of us. We would definitely love to return!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
