Amazing apartment with all the amenities you’d need for a short stay! My favourite things about this airbnb were the different lighting options & the plant 🌱 shower. Very cool and unique! Highly recommend :) Michael was super responsive & helpful. Thank you.

Everything is very good. The host came to receive me even it is a little late at night. And when I forgot the key in the house he also came to open door for me. Very kind of guy.

We have had an amazing long-term stay at this apartment. The apartment is very modern and has all amenities including coffee machines, a microwaves, a blender and a toaster. Everything was in pristine condition when we arrived. Everything one could want is very close by. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, barbers, and even a mall within a 10 minute walk. It’s also quick and easy to get to the city centre. The hosts are very welcoming and quick to communicate. We were provided with plenty of recommendations of things for us to do, eat etc while we were in Armenia. We would definitely recommend this apartment for long or short stays!

Un très bon séjour dans un appartement très confortable et très propre, situé dans un quartier animé de Yerevan, mais donnant sur une cour très calme ! Le propriétaire a été de bon conseil et très réactif (dès notre arrivée à l'aéroport!), et il est venu nous accueillir sur place. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

Very nice place to stay in the city centre. All the famous Yerevan sights, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Beautiful views from the window! The place has everything for comfortable stay for two weeks. Gohar and Ani were very friendly and responsive. We were able to check-in and check out in the late hours. Recommend!

Мы выбрали апартаменты для встречи большой семьи. Нас было 6 взрослых и ребенок и квартира идеальна нам подошла. Все как на фото. Три больших спальни и зона для общения. Мы могли проводить комфортно время вместе и отдыхать. Мы часто кушали дома, для этого все подготовлено. Также в доме есть вкусный ресторанчик суши, кофейня, магазины. Очень уютный и ухоженный двор, с детскими площадками и охраной, ребенок играл в футбол с местными детками. До центра ездили на такси. Они очень недорогие в Ереване. С террасы видна гора Арарат. С хозяином все было организовано хорошо, все договоренности соблюдены. Все родственники и ребенок и бабушка/дедушка очень довольны! Рекомендуем!

In dem Apartment hat man einen traumhaften Blick über Yerevan und auf dem Ararat. Allein wegen der Panorama Fenster im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer lohnt es sich, die Wohnung zu buchen! Alles war super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man hat Supermärkte in direkter Umgebung und kann am Wochenende beobachten, wie der Vernissage Markt zum Leben erwacht. :) Die Kommunikation mit Michael war super. Sehr freundlich und schnelle Reaktion auf unsere Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen!

Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

The apartment’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the Metro. Both Shengavit and Garegin Nzhdeh Square stations are about a 10-minute walk away, though we preferred Shengavit because the walk there is nicer. There are several supermarkets nearby, all open until late. The closest one is Evrika, just a few steps away. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with pans, cutlery, tableware, and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, etc. The WiFi was fast and stable. I was able to work and join online meetings without any lag. Our flight arrived very late at night (around 4 AM), and Amalya was very kind to let us check in at that time. The area is quite residential, so you won’t see many other foreigners around, but everything you need is within walking distance. The street can get a bit noisy during rush hour, but the windows insulate against the noise very well, which is great. Definitely recommend it! Thanks, Amalya and Artak!

Notre hôte Narek a été très accueillant, toujours très réactif à nos demandes. L’appartement est parfait, très confortable pour 3 personnes. Tout équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Emplacement parfait, en plein centre-ville et toutes les commodités à proximité. La seule chose à redire serait de rajouter un rideau plus opaque dans la chambre principale pour la lumière du jour le matin. Merci à Narek pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Françoise

Осталась в полном восторге от этого жилья! Квартира очень уютная, чистая и продуманная до мелочей. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания было на месте: удобная кровать, хорошая кухня с техникой, стиральная машина, быстрый Wi-Fi. Особенно порадовали приятные мелочи — чай/кофе, косметика в ванной и удобства для гостей. Хозяйка заслуживает отдельной благодарности! Очень отзывчивая, доброжелательная и всегда на связи. Помогла с заселением, создала по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу. Расположение тоже отличное — тихий район, но в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и транспорт. Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь снова! 🌟 **10/10!**

Very clean apartment, lots of shops around it, very convenient, I recommend it to everyone.

Квартира просторная и уютная. С 15 этажа хороший вид. В квартире есть всё для комфортного проживания, много посуды, средства личной гигиены и дополнительные одеяла. Очень порадовало пианино, настроено приемлемо, это приятно для тех кто владеет инструментом. Никаких серьезных недостатков я не заметила. Рядом хорошие рестораны и ТЦ.

This was the best air bnb I have ever stood in! The place is extremely modern and bright. Everything from the large format tiles in floor, beautiful doors and the over all decor would make anyone feel like they are staying in a 5 star hotel room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Yerevan.

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Ruzanna is very accommodating and welcoming. The place is centrally located but is adjacent to a very busy public park with people enjoying the outdoor restaurants and cafes with loud music. It is noisy at night but closing windows usually solves the issue. The apartment is on the first floor with only one flat of stairs. The place is big and nice but needs some minor repairs and upgrades to make it more comfortable and enjoyable.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

From the very first contact David was very accomodating to all my requests. He provided detailed/video instructions of how to find the place, the parking. Responded to every message within a minuet or less. Generously provided with all personal care products. As a host, I rate him 5 out of 5. The apartment is big and specious, well laid out, equiped with all essential items for comfort. The location is fantastic, walking distance from 24/7 supermarket, fresh bakery, cafes and restaurants, shops for little shopping therapy if you wish and much more. I loved the security of the building with 24/7 monitored security, working lift. Definitely good value. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely visit again. I had a great stay at this flat. It was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

The stay was great, the apartment is nice, big, everything is new and clean, as in the photos. The view is gorgeous, with an incredible sunset. The host was very responsive. We needed a crib for our two-year-old child, and he provided it immediately, as well as more towels. The only problem was that not all rooms have curtains, so we had to improvise with towels. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, which is very cool if you keep the windows open. There is only one air conditioner in the living room that reaches the entire apartment. And after midnight there was no more water in the apartment, due to maintenance work nearby. The building is also newly built with construction material still around. But we had a great stay, and the host also offered us a place in the garage, which was great. I really recommend it.
