It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

It is a cabin, a tower and a villa at the same time, with a very modern design in which you integrate into the nature of the forest and have wonderful views in all directions. There are 3 floors that you can manage according to your lifestyle, for example if you go as a couple you can use the bedroom on the third floor as a work area and definitely do home-office. but you'll also have that space for a guest bedroom. Also, if you have a child, you can dedicate that second bedroom to them.

Nearby is the entrance to Monte Alto to climb the mountain on foot or by bicycle, from above you can admire the lake of Valle de Bravo and paraglide. There is a bike path at the entrance of the place. 15 minutes from Avándaro and 20 from the center of Valle. You'll enjoy it!

The cabin is located in a very quiet place in the woods, where you can enjoy very quiet and pleasant evenings. You will find go karts a few meters away to experience an adrenaline rush. Likewise, it is a few meters from the Rosmarino Forest Garden party room and Rancho Santa Rosa and Rancho Avándaro event rooms. The stay is approximately 20 minutes from the center of the valley and 15 minutes from the center of Avándaro. There are grocery stores nearby.
