Swimming in the lagoon out front is rocky with some sandy patches for swimming.

Áre is house, Rupe is the Cook Islands name of the Pacific pigeon that fly between palm trees and feed on the palms berries. You will see the resident birds swooping and hear their coo as they fly from tree to tree. Set in the foothills of Kavera, Arorangi on the West side of Rarotonga. We offer a free continental breakfast of cereal and local fresh fruit (Seasonal) on the first day. Our unit is also fully screened to keep the mozzies out. Max Pax for our Unit is two guests. Our place is suitable for couples, business travelers and solo travelers.

We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.

This modern, fully self contained unit is an oasis of calm. It is located inland, away from the hustle and bustle, in a tropical garden setting with views towards the ocean. An easy 5 minute drive will take you to/from Rarotonga International Airport, Avarua township (shops, cafes, restaurants and market), and the popular “Black Rock” beach for swimming and amazing sunsets.
