This executive style holiday home has 2 stories with 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located absolute beachfront on Tikioki beach. Tikioki beach is home to Fruits of Rarotonga famous for its snorkeling. The house is comprised of 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom. Downstairs there is a main bedroom with en-suite + another toilet, all bedrooms have expansive views over the lagoon. The rest of the house is open plan kitchen / dining and living room with views to the lagoon.

Papa Johns Beachfront

We have a fully refurbished container cabin #1 for guests and the 2nd cabin is used for storage and for families when they visit the beach. Situated on the beautiful shores of Tikioki in Titikaveka. These beachfront properties has great view of the the beautiful lagoons which is one of the best snorkelling spots on the island and great for swimming. Only a stone throw away from the beach. It is approx. 25 minutes drive from the airport.
