Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. Welcome to Bed & Breakfast "The Fruity Garden" by Paul and Corry Hienkens. The B&B is located in Blokker: a small village in the North Holland province, located near the historic port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Behind our house (former farmhouse from 1834)is the B&B: a detached chalet (a high bright space) located on the outskirts of the spacious garden. The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!
