Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

New 17 M2 apartment on the ground floor of a small house, ideally located 300 m from the city center and all shops, the hospital center, sports facilities including the aqualudic center, the banks of the Allier and less than 1 km from the CNCS. Fully equipped, it has a separate entrance. Street parking is easy and free of charge. We have 3 studios in the house.
