​Bienvenue dans ce charmant appartement T1 bis, adapté aux PMR et situé au cœur de Saint-Clar, à deux pas des commerces et du lac de loisirs. Proche de l'autoroute A62 20 min, de Toulouse 1h, Montauban et Agen 45min. Jusqu'à 4 personnes : un lit 140 et un BZ 160. Le logement, non-fumeur, dispose d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de bain PMR. Les animaux sont acceptés. Parking à proximité. Location de draps en option pour 10 €. Une caution de ménage de 15€ est demandée, (rendue si ménage ok).

Studio en campagne

Petit studio attenant à la maison principale, avec une entrée indépendante et places de parking attenantes. Vous disposerez de votre propre salle de bain et sanitaire ainsi que d'un petit coin cuisine. Possibilité de manger en "terrasse", devant le studio, avec vu sur la campagne Gersoise et le coucher de soleil. Maison située en bout de route, donc peu de passage et possibilité de ballade au départ du studio.

Come and stay in our 20 m2 dome in the heart of a Gers village. Located close to our house, not overlooked, you can walk around and discover colorful landscapes, hills, sunflower fields... For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.

The Atelier Cottages/ The Atelier of Dreams

Very nice volumes (90 m2) with a high rustic wooden ceiling. Exposed beams upstairs but also in the bathroom. A 7 m high skylight to access the upper floor, its factory style is resolutely unique. This cottage is an old carpentry workshop, a renovation with many attractions. Fully equipped, air-conditioned in a quiet and picturesque village of Lomagne Gersoise.

Perched in the canopy of a forest overlooking a wild valley, this comfortable cabin equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom with dry toilet is perfectly suited to nature lovers or anyone looking for tranquility. STRICTLY NO SMOKING OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AND NO CANDLES. Absolutely none. Instead, we provide flameless, battery-operated candles for you to use.
