Amazing value for money! We truly enjoyed our stay – the place was peaceful, with a lovely breeze and a fun, relaxing pool. Communication with Teo was excellent. he was responsive, helpful, and usually got back to us within less than an hour. Great vibes all around – we highly recommend this place! we will definitely come again

We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

We spent 14 nights at Samiro Home Villa. Evi was the perfect host, thoughtful, considerate and responded very quickly to all queries. Everything about the villa was clean and excellent. The grounds offered plenty of opportunities for both sun and shade and the gas barbecue made meals at home easy. Perched high up in the hills, the villa is peaceful and commands marvellous views over the mountains and countryside. It is located an easy 30 minute drive from the centre of Heraklion (recommend parking in the port area €3 all day) and around 45 minutes from the major archaeological sites at Gortys, Phaistos and Agia Triada.

A great little spot right on the sea with a nice private balcony and plenty of space for a couple. Excellent hospitality with curated guide book for the area. We would happily stay with them again!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in einem idyllischen Bergdorf. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit süßen Leckereien überrascht… Kommen gerne wieder…

We stayed as a family of six, four adults and two children (8 and 5). The set up was really comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The outdoor pool area is great and our two kids loved it - especially as there were lots of inflatables left to play with. We arrived at 3am. Xristos offered to meet us, but when we suggested with young children we'd prefer just to get in and get to bed, then meet up after it was no problem at all. We had instructions to call when we arrived, and the gate was opened for us. We were blown away by how well supplied the house was. Xristos was in touch in the week before to check if we needed anything in particular and couldn't have been more helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to start our holiday. Then we had a delivery of local fruit and wild artichokes as they were in season. Amazing. There was a dust storm before we arrived. Xristos promptly sorted this too. A great and relaxed place to stay, with an unbelievably good host. Thanks!

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen. Wir sind in 13 Tagen 2000 km gefahren und haben uns die schönsten Strände in der Umgebung ausgesucht. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon in die Ferne auf die Berge schön, die nähere Umgebung war leider nicht sehr schön. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, auch wenn wir jeden Tag mehr als 50 Minuten weit zu den Stränden unterwegs waren. George war immer für uns da, hat gute Tips gegeben, uns mit einem leckeren Begrüßungssnack spät in der Nacht empfangen und sogar 2 mal zum heimischen Barbecue am Pool eingeladen. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Die Villa und das gesamte Anwesen sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und sehr schön. Der Pool war für die Kids toll, wenn auch recht kalt im Vergleich zum warmen Meer. Wir empfehlen auf jedenfall gerne weiter, wenn man auf den abendlichen Blick aufs Meer verzichten kann und mit Auto mobil ist. Danke für alles!

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen (4 Paare) unterwegs und waren durchweg begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist ideal zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und um Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Hügel mit einzigartigem Blick auf das offene Meer. Von der Straße hört man, auch wenn man am Pool liegt, wenig bis gar nichts. Nach einer kleinen Herausforderungen zum Start, da die Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt hatten, konnten wir die Zeit sehr genießen. Hier hat die Kommunikation mit Stelios und seinem Team super funktioniert und es konnte alles schnell gelöst werden. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Highlight ist natürlich auch der Holzkohlegrill, der eigentlich täglich zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung!
