Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Avon Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

August Rose Cottage is a very special studio style private entrance apartment in our personal home. It is located off of a private driveway with only 3 homes facing the sound. It's a true peaceful oasis with sound front access and sunsets that will amaze you! Full service kitchenette and laundry room. We have done our best to make you feel at home in our beach cottage. We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.
