The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Just 10 minutes north of Interstate 90 and 1/2 mile from Lake Erie this home is located on a high bank overlooking Crooked Creek, one of this areas popular steelhead fishing streams and is just minutes from The Bluffs State Park and Elk Creek. For bicycle enthusiasts, ½ mile off the Seaway Bicycle Trail. This one story house is has a full kitchen, linens provided. Parking includes area to park a boat trailer.

There is a large deck and fire pit out back, or two gliders on the front porch if you just want to relax. It is a short walk to downtown Girard and some of the best steelhead fishing in the country is nearby. Pets are a welcomed guest. There will be an extra charge of $30 per pet per night that is paid separately.

Cozy little apartment tucked away in Millcreek just a couple minutes from the airport. There is a bakery, an ice cream shop and a tavern within walking distance with other shopping and dining options right nearby. The apartment has a small bathroom with a nice sized shower. The kitchenette has a hotplate, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator as well as basic cookware, dining set and silverware. The apartment opens to a nice backyard that guests are welcome to enjoy.

Enjoy beautiful Sunsets! This house is located on a private road, with a view of the lake, very peaceful, short drive to the beaches 20 minutes from Waldameer Park. Lake Lands Restaurant is just up the road, there is a park about a mile west, which has swings, pavilion, view of the lake, great fishing close by, a soft serve ice cream shop. Home is a Ranch Style with a cottage setting, attached garage, living room, family room, kitchen with dining area.
